AMPS is a condition where the body’s pain signals become amplified or exaggerated, causing intense and prolonged discomfort. It often affects children and young adults, and the exact cause is not fully understood. It has not been fun or easy, but I believe in turning challenges into opportunities, so I channel my love for baking into something meaningful. To raise awareness and support research efforts, Eats by Ellie is committed to donating a significant portion of our profits to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), a pioneer in AMPS research.
